In 1995 only SL model was made available instead of S model.
This car uses airbags for both the driver and the passenger at the front. Side airbags has also been issued to it. Another safety feature that it adds is an antilock system for braking on all four wheels. The 1995 Ciera got 4 stars in the front impact test for the driver’s side as well as the passenger’s side. The rating for side impact is not available. The standard airbags are used and it is equipped with defroster at the rear.
